iPad or iPhone "Unable to join the
network". Situation: Most other devices can access a wireless except iPad or iPhone. When they try, they get "Unable to join the network" message. Resolution: 1. Turn off and then on: Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again. 2. Restart your iOS device by holding the On/Off button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on. 3. Reset network by following this link: 4. We have a similar case.
