To shoot flowers or small things up close, you can use Close-up mode
.
Close-up provides these advantages: 1. Make small things appear much larger.
2. Use a simple background that makes small objects such as flowers stand out
better.
3. To use close-up, Move as close as possible to the subject.
4. If you have a zoom lens, using the telephoto end will make the subject look larger.
5. if have one, use a macro lens.
