In a case the Xoom runs slow or becomes unresponsive, you may want to try a forced reboot. To do that, please press and hold both Power/Lock and the up-volume key for three seconds.
How to find networks in your range on XoomTouch >Settings > Wireless & networks. Touch Wi-Fi settings to search for nearby wireless networks, and touch a network to connect.
In other cases, you may want to reset your Xoom to factory settings and erase all the data on your device. To do that, from the home screen, touch
Launcher icon > Settings > Privacy> Factory data reset.Note: All data on your tablet will be deleted.
