1. Open the Phone app from Nexus 6.
2. Touch the menu icon.
3. Touch Settings > Calls > Calling accounts
4. Touch Call assistant
5. Select Wi-Fi calls with Google
6. You’ll go back to the "Calling accounts" screen
7. Now, touch Configure
8. Make sure the switch next to “Wi-Fi calling” is in the On position
