麻将技巧5个口诀

　　1、金三银七。所谓的“金三银七”就是我们平常玩麻将所说的边张三、七。三、七最大的用处是你无论抓到什么牌都能与三或七组成牌搭，所以单张的三、七一般都不要轻易的舍去，打牌时二、八比三、四、五、六、七要先打。如果手上有三和八的孤张，一般应该先打八留三。

　　2、拆熟张搭子，后拆生张搭子;先拆组牌变化小的搭子，后拆组牌变化大的搭子;这并不是一成不变的，真正是做到拆搭(或对子)拆得合理，还要根据牌势的具体情况而定。三、七比四、六风险。所以手牌假如有456摸7变成4567这时要打4不要打7。

　　3、换牌打牌，不跟熟牌

　　当对手听牌以后，抓进一张牌，插进去，挑出一张熟牌打出。一般情况下，熟牌两边靠近的牌，都可能是危险牌。不跟熟牌，是为了绕开陷井，避免点炮。

4、险牌不出门，出门必杀身

　　实战中，牌听的很好，和三六九万，但抓上了一张炮牌，局势发生逆转，好牌变成了死牌。不打出去不听牌，打出去是放炮牌。恰在这时，打与不打，是判断一个人水平高低的试金石。如果是发生在中盘，多数人会选择打出险牌，起码有侥幸的心理因素在起作用。但是，做为高手，绝不凭侥幸出牌，该弃和即弃和。

　　5、择张缓急，关系全局

　　实战中的一招一式，都关系到全局的变化，甚至胜负的易主。放弃牌张的迟与早，是个技巧问题。有些生手打牌，有一种习惯，认为既然是打孤张，既然是拆边搭，弃牌无所谓先后迟早。这是一种错误的认识。恰恰在这先后与缓急上，出现问题。比如，拆24饼的搭子，打2饼对家碰住，回轮再打4饼，对家47饼和牌。如果反过来打，就可以避免这种情况的发生。

麻将吃碰杠听胡规则

1、吃：上家打出牌，与下家的牌正好组成一副顺子，他就可以吃。

2、碰：其他人打出一张牌，自己手中有两张相同的牌正好组成一副刻子，他就可以碰。

3、杠：其他人打出一张牌，自己手中有三张相同的牌，即可杠牌，称为明杠，倒下这个杠，再到排尾抓一张牌，将手中不需要的一张牌打出。手中有三张相同的牌，又抓到一张相同的牌，称为暗杠，扣下，别人不知道是啥牌，再到排尾抓一张牌，将手中不需要的一张牌打出。“明杠”比“吃”优先，如果你要杠的牌刚好是出牌方下家要吃的牌，则吃牌失败，杠牌成功。

4、听：当你将你手中的牌都凑成了有用的牌，只需再加上第十四张便可和牌，你就可以进入听牌的阶段。

5、和：也叫“胡”，四位玩家谁先和牌谁为胜利。具体视比赛详细规则而定。

碰比吃优先，吃只能吃上家的牌，碰可以碰所有玩家打出来的牌；如果玩家打出来一张牌，下家要吃，而另一家要碰，则碰优先；

杠与碰不存在优先顺序，因为要杠牌首先最少要有三张一样的牌，别人不可能再有一对一样的；杠与吃相比，杠优先，同理吃与碰；

吃、碰、杠与胡相比，胡牌优先。谁打出来的牌，玩家如果听牌都可以胡。

手牌摆在自己门前的牌为手牌，标准数为13张。行牌过程中包括摆亮在门前的顺子、刻子、杠；开杠多出的牌补花不计算在13张标准牌数内。

将牌按基本牌型和牌时必须具备的单独组合的对子。 将牌是胡牌时的唯一一对子

顺子 3张同花色序数相连的牌。

刻子三张或四张相同的牌组成的一个副。比如111万，3333条，东东东，白白白白等。

，“刻子”确实还包括杠（即四张相同的牌组成的一个副）。在双暗刻、双同刻等番种中，刻子允许是杠。与刻子对应的叫顺子，指三张相连的牌组成的一个副，如123万，345条，678饼等。碰出的为明刻，抓在手中的暗刻。

字牌指风牌和箭牌，风牌为东、南、西、北。箭牌为中、发、白。

What are qualified educational expenses

Based on IRS Publication 970 (January 17, 2020), defines qualified education expenses as: Expenses related to enrollment or attendance at an eligible postsecondary school. The education expenses as listed below could be required by the school.

The following expenses must be required for enrollment or attendance of a designated beneficiary at an eligible postsecondary school.
1. Tuition and fees.
2. Books, supplies, and equipment.
Expenses for special needs services needed by a special needs beneficiary must be incurred in connection with enrollment or attendance at an eligible postsecondary school.
Expenses for room and board must be incurred by students who are enrolled at least half-time (defined below). The expense for room and board qualifies only to the extent that it isn’t more than the greater of the following two amounts.
1. The allowance for room and board, as determined by the school, that was included in the cost of attendance (for federal financial aid purposes) for a particular academic period and living arrangement of the student.
2. The actual amount charged if the student is residing in housing owned or operated by the school. You may need to contact the eligible educational institution for qualified room and board costs.
The purchase of computer or peripheral equipment, computer software, or Internet access and related services if it’s to be used primarily by the beneficiary during any of the years the beneficiary is enrolled at an eligible postsecondary school. (This doesn’t include expenses for computer software for sports, games, or hobbies unless the software is predominantly educational in nature.)
For distributions made after 2018, expenses for fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for the designated beneficiary’s participation in an apprenticeship program registered and certified with the Secretary of Labor under section 1 of the National Apprenticeship Act.
For distributions made after 2018, no more than $10,000 paid as principal or interest on qualified student loans of the designated beneficiary or the designated beneficiary’s sibling. A sibling includes a brother, sister, stepbrother, or stepsister. For purposes of the $10,000 limitation, amounts treated as a qualified higher education expense for the loans of a sibling are taken into account for the sibling and not for the designated beneficiary. You can’t deduct as interest on a student loan any amount paid from a distribution of earnings from a qualified tuition program after 2018 to the extent the earnings are treated as a tax free because they were used to pay student loan interest.
