Situation: The use has a problem to use ISO Auto settings. When setup ISO Auto, it is never lower than 1600. So in a sunny day, it always over exposure.
Resolution: reset Sony Camera to default settings. To do that, go to Menu>Settings (Toolbox icon)>7>Setting Reset>Initialize.
