4. Choose a location and time for your COVID-19 testing appointment.
5. After completed the process, you will receive an email confirmation.
On the test day, please bring the following to your appointment:
The confirmation email
State ID/valid Driver’s License
Insurance card
If payment is required, testing locations accept credit, debit, FSA and HSA cards. Cash and checks are not accepted for COVID testing. Patients actively enrolled in Express Pay will be able to pay for their test with Express Pay. If coverage is denied by insurance or government programs, patients may be billed for the full price by Walgreens and if applicable, the laboratory.
During your appointment:
Arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
If you’re late, your test will be based n availability at the time you arrive.
DO NOT EXIT YOUR VEHICLE. DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE.
Follow signs and instructions at the testing location.
Be ready to display your confirmation number and ID against your closed window.
A Walgreens team member will tell you when to open your window so they can capture additional information and collect payment (if applicable) while you stay in your car.
A Walgreens pharmacist will then provide directions on how to self-administer a nasal swab and collect your test sample.
After your appointment:
Please self-quarantine until you receive your test results.
Your test results will be sent to a provider at PWNHealth.
PWNHealth will email you a link to your results.
If your test results are positive PWNHealth will also call you to discuss and provide guidance on what to do next.
