Case 1: The iPad works other public wireless but home.
Troubleshooting: 1. Upgrade wireless router firmware.
2. Change the wireless security settings from WEP WPA.
3. Reboot router AP.
Case 2: The iPad can access the Internet at home but office.

Case 3: Can't setup iPad Wi-Fi and it is grayed out
Case 4: Remove all Wi-Fi settings and re-add them.
Case 5: reset the wireless router to the default with no security wireless. After it works, add wireless security.
